Weddings
Your wedding is one of the most important days of your life. At UC, we understand that no two brides are alike; therefore, we customize the menu to suit your style. Whether you are planning a small intimate wedding, a large reception with passed horsd'oeuvres, or a sit down meal with china and glassware, we are here to help turn your dream wedding into reality. Receptions as low as $10.00 per person, plus tax and 15% service charge.
Horsd'oeuvres
We have a large selection of palate pleasing, light, and heavy horsd'oeuvres for your cocktail party. Whether you need an attendant to oversee your party or just drop-off service, you still receive the same quality food and presentation. Horsd'oeuvres prices begin at $.75 per person, plus tax.
Luncheons
The luncheons we offer vary from Buffet style to Full Course meals. Buffet Style luncheons begin at $10.00 while Plated Service begin at $14.00. Prices are per person and do not include tax and 15% service charge. Luncheons are based upon a minimum of 25 guest and will be slightly higher for smaller parties.
Cold Boxed Lunches
We also offer a variety of fresh made to order boxed lunches to suit your next office, seminar, or conference meeting lunch break. All cold boxed lunches are served with a side, dessert, beverage, condiments, and disposables. Cold lunch boxes begin at $6.95 per person, plus tax.
Hot Boxed Lunches
Our hot lunches are offered from a preset menu which includes the entrée', side(s), dessert, beverage and durable disposables. Hot lunches begin at $7.95 per person ,plus tax.
Lunch orders requires a 48 hour advance notice for groups of 50 or less ( but greater than 10), and a 72 hour notice for larger groups. Minimum to order is 10. Delivery Fees Apply For All Deliveries.
Dinners
We offer a substantial menu of various food styles including suburb Vegetarian dishes. Dinners are offered Buffet Style or Plated Service. Prices range from $12.00 - $25.00 per person, plus tax, 15% service charges, and other applicable fees and rentals. Dinner prices are based upon a minimum of 25 guest and will be slightly higher for smaller parties.
Please Note, Buffet Style pertains to Self-Service set-up and is NOT an All You Can Eat arrangement.
Other Events
We cater a host of other events such as Family Reunions, Baby Showers, Birthday Parties, Picnics, Church Banquets, and any other event you may need a caterer.
